Forum Post of the Week - "Competition Jitters"

Saturday December 6, 2003
SUGARCOATED7 writes, "I have a competition this weekend and I am really nevous, even though I have competed before. It is just that I just got some tumbling (bhs and roundoff bhs) and they are already in the routine! I got them last week!!! Not only that but I'm not always consistent because I'm still getting used to it. Does anyone have any advice? I normally feel a little nervous before going on, but that normally improves my performance. Am I going to freak out or throw my best tumbling passes ever? What do you think based on what had happened to you?"
