Gimme a C-R-A-Z-E-D -- FBI Seeking Weird Cheerleading Fan

The FBI needs your help and is offering a $5000 reward if you have any information that may assist them in locating a weird cheerleading fan who has sent threatening letters. The individual is responsible for sending dozens of threatening letters (some of which included a potentially harmful insecticide) to national networks, their local affiliates, and to people in the West and Midwest.

And if all this isn't weird enough, in one letter the person or persons complain about the exploitation of cheerleaders while also complaining that modestly dressed cheerleaders get more media coverage than scantily clad cheerleaders. Go figure.
