Do You Suffer from "Jump Confusion"?
The Side Hurdler, the Front Hurdler and the Herkie are often confused. Do you know the difference in these jumps?
Side Hurdler - Straight leg in Toe Touch position; bent leg level with your hip with knee pointing forward.
Front Hurdler - Straight leg in front of your face (knee almost touching your nose); bent leg pointing down to the ground.
Herkie - Straight leg in Toe Touch position; bent leg pointing down to the ground.
