" Hey! I need some help with the stunts for our squad, we've mastered pretty much all the basics(halves, fulls, ground-up libs, shoulder stands and sits, and of course thigh stands!) We need a really awesome looking pyramid!"

We're starting a new monthly special that will feature a Cheerleading stunt or jump photo. Each month (maybe more often) we'll select a photo that one of our users have submitted and highlight it on the About Cheerleading site.

We're often asked what a certain stunt looks like or how to do a specific jump. And being that we're all familiar with the expression 'A picture tells a thousand words!' what better way could we choose to help answer these questions?

So, if you have an awesome photo you'd like to share with our Cheerleading community, be sure to send it in for consideration. Their are no special requirements other than filling out the form completely. Submit your photo here.

This month's photo(s) features the Grand Valley State Cheerleaders from Allendale, Michigan doing a one handed liberty. They also included a photo of a 2-2-1.

We hope you enjoy our new "Featured Stunt or Jump Photo" special!
