"I bumped my head!"
Well, when I was on the pee-wee squad for parks and rec football, we went to a cheer off. When my squad got ready to go out there, we ran onto the floor jumping and screaming. As I ran out, I did a cartwheel, and my head hit the floor. Despite the pain and the huuuge headache I got, I just stood up and smiled.

ok.this story might be really gross, but it actually happened. one of my friends, well, we're not so friendly, but she's been cheering for a long time. she never ever misses a time to show off or do something special. so at the beginning when we were running on the court, she decided to do a running-back walkover split and she did, only during the split she let one rip SO LOUD!!! everyone heard it, but then she got up and ran out screaming.
ne ways, my warning to you is, go to the bathroom before half-time and if there isn't a chance to, don't to the splits or spread your legs too far.

"look at her UNDERWEAR!!"
At our sectionals our good "friend" Kelly was supposed to be doing a backwalk over in our pompon dance.
That morning she forgot her bloomers at the school so our coach told her to make sure her bodysuit was snapped. Kelly said it was, so we went out to do the dance.
All went well until the last 8 count,...when she was to be doing her back walkover. She started to bend over and her bodysuit became unsnapped!! everyone in the arena laughed and giggled. The judges thought it to be hysterical:) and the best part was that her mom got it all on camera!!
We won 1st place though!!!

"Don't do a back hand spring when its muddy outside"
I was at Cheerleading practice one night and we were going to practice a certain stunt and I had to be 1 of the people who did a back hand spring during it. and it just stopped raining and it was so muddy and I thought I picked a spot were it wasn't muddy But guess I was wrong. But as soon as I did the back hand spring I fell straight into mud, my crush saw, he was laughing his head off but then he helped me up.
I WAS SO EMBARRASSED.
