For the first time, cheer teams across the country will have the chance to come to San Antonio to cheer and take part in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. All American Games has teamed up with "got milk?" to create the 2010 "got milk?" U.S. Army All-American Cheer Teams Competition. Two cheer teams of up to 20 participants and four chaperones each, will be flown to San Antonio to show what they've got on the sidelines of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Beginning immediately, cheer teams can upload a video of their best routine on HighSchoolSports.net where fans and cheer squads can watch the videos and vote for their favorites until December 8, 2010.

The two winning squads will be announced on December 17, 2010.

Don't forget another thing to cheer about - lowfat chocolate milk can help you refuel after a tough practice. It has the right mix of carbs and protein to help tired muscles recover.

For more information, go to BodyByMilk and HighSchoolSports.net and be sure to check out the contest on Facebook.
