Guide Review - Cheerleading: Conditioning for Back Handspring & Tumbling Success by Rik Feeney
A very easy book to read and follow. The illustrations are helpful as are the different sections on the exercises like purpose, set up, directions and duration. The chart and forms were a nice added touch. Rik Feeney has a jovial way of writing that seems to draw you in and even though you're reading a conditioning book, you still don't want to put it down. If I were to change anything about Cheerleading: Conditioning for Back Handspring and Tumbling Success it would be the focus of the book. I personally prefer a book either be directed to coaches or to athletes although Feeney does an excellent job of reaching both.
