Guide Review - Spirit Cheer DVD One-Two Down Up Series Beginner Stunts
I found this video very informing and the illustrations were never boring. They repeated the stunts from enough different views that you came away knowing the role of the flyer, bases and spot. Close ups of hand placements were an added touch that will benefit any coach. With over 30 stunts and numerous drills, this video is a bargain at its selling price. Narrated by Mike Pare, president of Spirit Cheer, the video is easy to listen to and Mike's expertise and knowledge comes through clearly.
