Experience:

Valerie was a cheerleader throughout most of her school years. She is presently the editor of Cheer Coach and Advisor magazine, a member of the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors (AACCA) and she heads the United States All Star Federation's (USASF) Parent's Action Committee. She also sits on the board of the Spirit Industry Trade Association (SITA).
