Body Mass Index Calculators*

The lower your BMI the lower your risk of health problems.
Note: Underweight children can be at risk of having eating disorders. This is especially true if they are overly concerned about losing weight, have a poor self body image, exercise excessively, or are using laxatives to lose weight.

Adult body mass index guidelines:
Underweight - BMI less than 18.
Overweight - BMI of 25.0 to 29.9
