What is Your Boyfriend Story?
I'm a 28year old cheerleader in the UK and I'm married I was married before I became a cheerleader and it was my husband that gave me the push to go through with being a cheerleader, he wouldn't expect me to give it up for any thing unless I wanted to, some guys just need to get over it, it's ok for them to have girls look at them at football games and when they are flexing themselves they need to stop being sexist.
How Do You Handle Cheering and a Relationship?
I handle my cheering and relationship just fine he even comes to watch us. he gives not just me but the whole squad support, and when need he gets other people involved, he understands it's some thing I love and not just him, he knows it's what makes me happy same as if he wanted to do some thing I would support him in the same way
Lessons Learned
- find a supporting man, make sure he understands it's what you want to do, just be yourself and don't give anything up for a man, you can replace the man but you may never have another chance at something you love
